During the Long March of the Fourth Front Army, a slogan written on the wooden boards of farmhouses in A’ba, Sichuan Province, read, “Eliminate local tyrants and distribute their land,” which constituted a main part of the CPC anti-feudalism revolution and one of the major publicity slogans during the Agrarian Revolutionary War. It has brought about tremendous changes in the Soviet areas and played an important role in mobilizing the masses to participate in the revolution and strengthening the construction of the base areas.

The item was collected by the Military Sub-Command of Mao county, and transferred to the Military Museum in 1959.
