Zhu De’s Inscription for the 105 New-Type Missile Destroyer

A new-type destroyer with the missile as the main weapon, the 105 missile destroyer was independently designed and manufactured by China. On August 19, 1974, Zhu De and Ye Jianying reviewed the 105 missile destroyer and wrote inscriptions for the ship at Qinhuangdao. Zhu De’s inscription reads, "Enhance revolutionary unity and accelerate the construction of the people’s navy. Zhu De, August 19, 1974”.In March 1977, it was transferred to the Military Museum of the Chinese People’s Revolution by the PLA Navy Political Department.
