The Canadian U-6A Utility Aircraft Piloted by Li Dawei to Return to Chinese Mainland

On April 22, 1983, Li Dawei, leader of the 1st Squad of the Observation Squadron of the 1st Brigade of the KMT Army Air Force, piloted the Canadian U-6A utility aircraft to return to the Chinese mainland. The plane, also known as the “Beaver” utility aircraft, was mainly for reconnaissance, liaison and transport.
It was transferred by the PLA Air Force Liaison Department to the Military Museum.
